Refund and Returns Policy

All orders during this sale period are final and just unless the customer (you) initiate an email thread to showing proof of any manufacturing defect within 5 days from date of delivery.

In this case, only an exchange will be made possible.

Freight to and fro for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

We provide free return shipping with our approved logistics!

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and along with all tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Feltin Clothing owns the sole right to void any return if the returned product is damaged or dirty or without any of its original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)


Bulk Orders do not qualify for refunds; only exchanges are permitted, with valid reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be paid to the original method of payment within 7 working days.

Cash-on-Delivery Orders will be paid via bank transfer to the account details provided by the registered email of the Customer.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Bulk Orders do not qualify for refunds. We will coordinate with the logistics team incase the order is late or missing.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank/wallet company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at with Subject: Missing Refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if you decide to use your own shipping methods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you dispatch it from, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

If you decide not to use our service, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, if dispatched by your means.
